RATES & BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Prices are per night, inclusive of breakfast, and based on two people sharing. Minimum stay 2 nights.
High Season from 20th May - 30th September and Easter week (2nd - 9th April)
Low Season covers the rest of the year.
Apartment Rate Per Night
HIGH SEASON: 135 euros (B & B)
LOW SEASON: 115 euros (B & B)
(For single occupancy of apartment deduct 10% from above prices)
Prices exclude 8% tax

Booking Deposit: To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit, payable by bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation. The remaining balance payable by cash in euros upon arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than a month (4 weeks) prior to commencement of said booking the deposit will be non-refundable. The deposit is refundable when we are in receipt of at least one month's notice or more prior to the start date of the said booking (less any bank charges, if any incurred for this trancaction).
We strongly recommend guests take out their own Travel Insurance.

The accommodation is not appropriate for children or young people under the age of 18 years of age. Due to accessibility, it is also unsuitable for wheelchair users or persons with mobility difficulties. Also, our home has a strict non smoking policy (except on the upstairs roof terrace) and we are unable to take animals.
